Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a respective end die forging forming device and method of a connecting rod of a marine low-speed diesel engine. The device comprises a supporting frame, half dies, half die opening and closing oil cylinders, lifting devices, guide blocks, a plunger chip and the like. A whole die forging device is installed on a press machine platform through the lower plane of the supporting frame. The two lifting devices are installed at the bottom of the supporting frame, the up-and-down position of a supporting base is adjusted through the lifting vertical movement so as to adapt todifferent types of connecting rods, and die release is accomplished after extrusion forming of the connecting rod is accomplished. Half die opening and closing oil cylinders push and pull the half dies, so that opening operation and closing operation of the half dies are achieved. The guide blocks guide a die ring.
