Device for bodily fluid sample collection

The invention relates to a device for bodily fluid sample collection. The device may comprise: at least two sample collection channels configured to draw a bodily fluid sample from a single end of thedevice in contact with a subject into the device to separate the fluid sample into two separated samples; and a second part, comprising a plurality of sample vessels for receiving the body fluid samples collected in the sample collection channels.
