An inlet of the concentrator is connected with an outlet of the sampling pipe. The outlet of the concentrator is connected with an air inlet of the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The hydrogen-air integrated machine is connected with the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. An inert gas inlet of the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer is connected with the outlet of the nitrogen cylinder. Data output ends of the concentrator and the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer are connected with a data input end of the industrial personal computer.
