Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an optical system calibration device, comprising a self-collimating theodolite, a calibration mirror, a light guiding arm, a base, and a plurality of optical systems. The optical system and the calibration mirror are mounted on the base. Each optical system is distributed at circumferential positions of the same radius around the position of the calibration mirror, and adjustable in angle with respect to the surface of the base. The self-collimating theodolite is aligned with the base through the calibration mirror. Light from the self-collimating theodolite respectivelyenters each optical system via the light guiding arm. The device collimates each optical system in the self-collimating theodolite by adjusting the position of the optical systems on the base, thereby keeping each optical system parallel.
