The invention relates to an umbrella mining tool for natural gas hydrate solid state fluidized mining. The tool is mainly used for the solid state fluidized mining of a deep water shallow layer natural gas hydrate. The umbrella mining tool mainly consists of an outer tube rod, an inner tube rod, blade wings and a piston rod. The inner tube rod is embedded inside the outer tube rod and connected ina spline form, both the inner tube rod and the outer tube rod are hollow connecting tubes and can axially relatively slide, and an acquisition hole is formed in the outer tube rod. The blade swings and the inner and outer tube rods are connected by hinge chains, and the piston rod is prepared by connecting telescopic piston cylinders.
