The column type telegraph pole toppling preventing device comprises an upper fixing ring, a lower fixing ring and a supporting device for connecting the upper fixing ring with the lower fixing ring and further comprises a control device or detecting the inclination angle of a column type telegraph pole and triggeringthe supporting device. The supporting device is triggered when it is detected that the inclination angle of the column type telegraph pole reaches a set value, and the column type telegraph pole is supported at multiple points through supporting rods of the supporting device to achieve the effect of preventing the column type telegraph pole from further toppling.
