Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing fructose by selective isomerization of glucose. The method for preparing the fructose by the selective isomerization of the glucose adopts supported catalysts and non-supported catalysts which are high in reaction activity, few in byproduct yield and high in selectivity; and thus, yield of products as well as selectivity of fructose are improved. Themethod for preparing the fructose by the selective isomerization of the glucose requires no addition of of co-catalysts or organic solvents; instead, water, which is easy to obtain, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, is used as the solvent. Thus, the method has the advantages of being simple in synthesis processes, low in production cost, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and so on.
