Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment of the present invention provides an exercise management system using an electromyography sensor, comprising: a control server for receiving exercise information by interworking with a monitoring module having an exercise management application installed therein, via a wired/ wireless communication network and providing analysis information about an exercise of a user; and a signal processing module for receiving a sensing signal from a plurality of electromyography sensors attached to a body of the user, analyzing the sensed signal to calculate a muscle activity and providing the calculated muscle activity to the monitoring module. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention can reduce the cost burden of personal training and improve the monotony of exercising alone.In addition, there is no restriction on a place and time since the exercise can be performed anywhere other than a limited exercise area.
