Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production process for a reusable rapid water adsorption nonwoven fabric. The production process comprises the following steps of preparation of PE/PP sheath-core short fibers and preparation of the nonwoven fabric. In the preparation of the PE/PP sheath-core short fibers, the prepared PE/PP sheath-core short fibers take PE as a sheath layer and PP as a core layer, wherein PP accounts for 40-50%, and the balance is PE. An oil agent used in an oiling process after curling comprises organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, fatty alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether, an amphoteric surfactant and water.
