Display panel and display device

The embodiment of the invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a substrate and pixel units located on the substrate. The pixel units in at least two different colors are distributed adjacent to one another. Each pixel unit includes a reflection electrode, a light emitting unit and a color resistor in turn along the direction away from the substrate. Eachlight emitting unit is in the same color as the color resistor in the same pixel unit as the light emitting unit. The vertical projections of the geometric centers of the light emitting unit and the color resistor in the same pixel unit on the substrate do not overlap. The vertical projections of the light emitting unit in one pixel unit and the color resistor in the adjacent pixel unit on the substrate overlap each other.
