| Zusammenfassung: | A microscope is provided with components of an observing optical path with a main objective lens, a wavefront measuring device with a first detecting optical path and a first illuminating optical path, a first optical device set, a second optical device set, a beam splitter arranged between the first optical device set and the second optical device set, and an illuminating device with a second illuminating optical path, wherein the first detecting optical path comprises the main objective lens, the first optical device set, the beam splitter as a reflecting component between the first opticaldevice set and the second optical device set, and the second optical device set.
