Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting metabolites in plant leaves and an application thereof. The method comprises the steps of first, taking rice leaves and grinding the rice leaves into powder in liquid nitrogen; second, extracting compounds from the leaves by using a mixed solvent at a temperature of 70 DEG C for 30 minutes, and adding alkane and ribitol standard samples into an extract so as to calibrate the appearance time and the difference of different batches; third, adding the extract into a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer for detecting the types and quantities of the compounds in the extract; and fourth, carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the compounds by using a common mass spectrometry library. The method realizes high-throughput detection of themetabolites in the rice leaves, and is conducive to promoting the stress resistance and high yield seed breeding process of rice.
