The method mainly comprises the following steps: diluting PS microsphere turbid liquid by multiple ratios, adding the diluted and uniformly mixed turbid liquid into counting areasof a blood cell counting plate; letting the liquid stand in a wet box, photographing and numbering the plurality of counting areas under corresponding objective lenses, performing counting by using ImageJ image analysis software, and finally carrying out stability and significance analysis on data.
