The principal component includes the following components by the molar percentage: 52.0 mol%-54.5 mol% of Fe2O3, 11.5 mol%-16.5 mol% of ZnO, and the balance being MnO; the auxiliary component includes three or more of CaCO3, Bi2O3, Nb2O5, Co2O3, MoO3 and CuO, and the total weight of the auxiliary component is 0.15 wt%-0.5 wt% of the total weight of the principal component.The preparation method includes the steps of ingredient mixing, pre-sintering, crushing, spray granulation, blank forming, and sintering. Through the method, the material has high magnetic conductivity, high Curie temperature and mechanical strength through the special doping process and a sintering process curve, and can meet the environmental adaptability design standard of vehicle-mounted electronic products.
