The gear motor is fixed on the floating plate by a bracket, a hollow shaft is connected with the gear motor by a flywheel welded on the surface, and the coarse filter screen and the fine filter screen are fixed on the floating plate by a flange and universal bolts; theinterior of the device is divided into a primary filter chamber, a secondary filter chamber and a water outlet chamber to complete secondary filtration of raw water. The hollow shaft is connected by asegmental assembling way, and the end of the hollow shaft is evenly provided with water spray holes which can flush impurities on the surface of the coarse filter screen; impurities intercepted in the fine filter screen can be
