The method includes the following steps: after seeds are germinated, vernalization is performed at 2-4 DEG C for 10-30 days; then the seeds are transplanted to a greenhouse and cultured under a full spectrum LED tube under full-day illumination; after a plant is budded, a plant type is controlled by removing peripheral old leaves and rosette leaves; after a flower of a main stem comes out, pollination is performed on mature flower buds of the outermost periphery of inflorescence; and seed coats are stripped from mature seeds of 25-30 days after pollination to break dormancy, and then the next generation is entered after sowing.
