Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of plant plantation, and specifically relates to a method for detecting a dormancy degree of a seed of phellodendron amurense Rupr. by changing temperature and an application thereof. The method includes the following steps: (1) soaking seeds of the phellodendron amurense Rupr. in water for 18-32 hours, then placing the seeds at a temperature of 0-6 DEG C for performing low temperature treatment for 25-32 days, and arranging repeating groups of not less than 50 seeds per group; (2) placing the seeds subjected to the low temperature treatment in a cultivationbox for performing a germination experiment; (3) after 1-5 days, observing and recording the number of germinated seeds, and taking out the germinated seeds; (4) continuing performing the low temperature treatment on the remaining ungerminated seeds, taking out the seeds after 25-32 days, and again placing the seeds in the cultivation box for performing 20 days of the germination experiment; and repeating the step (3) and |
