The system comprises a sensing unit, an actuator unit, a network unit, and a monitoring unit. The method comprises the following steps: a network is established, and parameters of nodes in the network are initialized; actuator nodes are uniformly distributed in a monitoring area; an initial group header and group members of each sensor node group are determined, and groups, in which the nodes are located, are updated in a real-time manner; a regression coefficient vector is calculated according to pressure signals and flow signals, and regression coefficient matrixes are constructed; actuators corresponding to the group headers are determined according to signal intensities; parameters of a distributed network model are updated in a real-time manner, and the group headers receive data to construct the regression coeffi |
