The invention provides a submersible pump motor stator lacquer dipping method comprising the following steps: (1) installing a rubber tire in a stator inner hole after threading to ensure that the outer surface of the tire and the surface of a stator core are in close contact during the lacquer dipping process; (2) conducting prebaking and automatically connecting the current and the voltage to awinding by means of frequency conversion; (3) adjusting the horizontal tilt angle of a stator after prebaking and vacuumizing a lacquer dipping chamber from the high end of the stator; (4) making a lacquer flow back smoothly in the lacquer dipping chamber; (5) connecting the current and the voltage automatically to the winding by means of frequency conversion to warm the stator; adjusting the tiltangle of the stator in time to ensure temperature balance when the lacquer in the stator is solidified; (6) cooling the stator.
