The seed tank connecting structure comprises a seed tank, a main feeding pipe and amain exhaust pipe, wherein the main feeding pipe and the main exhaust pipe are both disposed under the seed tank, and are connected with an air compressor separately through a main feeding pipe blow-down valve and a main exhaust pipe blow-down valve, the main feeding pipe is connected to the top of the seed tank through a feed pipe, a feed valve is arranged at a joint between the feed pipe and theseed tank, the main exhaust pipe is connected to the top of the seed tank through an exhaust pipe, and a feed valve is arranged at a joint between the exhaust pipe and the seed tank. The seed tank connecting structure has the advantages that the main feeding pipe and the main exhaust pipe are both arranged under the seed tank, and accordingly, the cross contamination of the infectious microbes among pipelines and adjacent
