Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a halogen-free fiberglass reinforced polypropylene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the halogen-free fiberglass reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises the steps that a char forming agent is adsorbed on the surface of fiberglass through the hydrogen-bond interaction between the fiberglass and the char forming agentwhich are treated by a coupling agent, and thus a surface-modified fiberglass reinforced body is obtained; and after polypropylene resin, the modified fiberglass reinforced body, an intumescent flameretardant, a compatilizer and an antioxidant are composited through a melt blending method, the polypropylene composite material is prepared.
