Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of semiconductor quantum dot materials, and particularly relates to a core-shell perovskite quantum dot and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving two perovskite precursors in a non-polar solvent by a solubilizer to prepare non-polar solutions of the two perovskite precursors; mixing the two non-polar solutions and simultaneously adding amino-oxane; and stirring for a certain time at a room temperature to obtain a colloidal solution of the core-shell perovskite quantum dot. The preparation method provided by the invention adopts the solubilizer to increase the solubility of the non-polar solvent to an inorganic metal salt, and uses an amino-silane as a ligand for limiting the growth of perovskite crystals and as a precursor for forming a silica shell, to synthesize the core-shell perovskite quantum dot in situ.
