Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a gallium arsenide thin film solar cell array for space and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) coating a liquid siliconerubber on a surface of a flexible substrate; 2) laying a thin film solar cell string on a corresponding uncured surface of the silicone rubber and performing large-area vacuum pressurizing curing; 3)coating the liquid transparent silicone rubber at the surface of the thin film solar cell array area after vacuum pressurizing curing; 4) laying a flexible transparent composite film to the corresponding uncured surface of the liquid transparent silicone rubber and performing vacuum pressurizing curing; and 5) finally, performing excessive glue scrubbing and performance test after curing to complete preparation of the flexible thin film solar cell array.
