The method comprises the following steps: carrying out site measurement by adopting spatial point measurement equipment, thus obtaining real site measurement data; transmitting the data to a PC (Personal Computer) side through WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) wireless communication, and rapidly computing the measurement data, thus obtaining an accurate angle and an accurate pose of an elbow, the size of a transition pipe and the shape of a pipe opening; then drawing an outer circle of the pipe opening of the transition pipe into atwo-dimensional expansion drawing, printing the two-dimensional expansion drawing, and providing site guidance for guiding the cutting of the transition pipeline.
