Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nano water based siloxane aluminum corrosion inhibitor preparation method and an application thereof. The corrosion inhibitor is prepared from water, sodium silicate, alkylbenzene sulfonic acid and silane coupling agent as raw materials and adds EDT catalyst; after mixing uniformly, firstly reacting at 30-40 DEG C for 5 hours, secondly reacting in an ultrasonic reactor under 70-80 DEG C for 8 hours to obtain the product. The nano water based siloxane aluminum corrosion inhibitor obtained by the preparation method has an excellent corrosion inhibition property of aluminium and magnesium, an excellent high temperature stability, low volatility, odorless, hard water resistance, not prone to rot and stink and the like; meanwhile, the corrosion inhibitor can prolong the service performance of cutting fluid, is an environmental-friendly aluminium corrosion inhibitor, can meet higher corrosion inhibition requirements of aluminium materials, and is especially suitablefor application in alumi |
