The preparation method includes the following steps: preparing pre-crosslinked silk protein hydrogel and 3D printed silk protein hydrogel, and specifically includes adding double-bond modified cyclodextrin and a photoinitiator into a silk protein solution, stirring to obtain single-network cross-linked silk protein hydrogel, and irradiating the single-network cross-linked silk protein hydrogel by UV light to form the pre-crosslinked silk protein hydrogel; crosslinking tyramine radicals on molecular chains of the cyclodextrin and silk protein in fiber filaments through 3D printing, and performing layer-by-layer stacking to form the 3D printed silk protein hydrogel.
