The invention discloses a grinding stone. The grinding stone is composed of polyamide PA6 and filler. The filler comprises by weight, green silicon carbide, calcium carbonate, white corundum and aluminum oxide powder. The grinding stone is composed of, by weight, 45-55 parts of polyamide PA6, 10-14 parts of green silicon carbide, 10-14 parts of calcium carbonate, 10-12 parts of white corundum and10-13 parts of aluminum oxide powder. The production technology of the grinding stone comprises the following steps that S1, mixing the raw materials, wherein polyamide PA6, green silicon carbide, calcium carbonate, white corundum and aluminum oxide powder are added to a stirring container and evenly mixed; S2, conducting extrusion by means of a double-screw pelletizer, wherein extrusion is conducted on the materials mixed in the step S1 by means of the double-screw pelletizer, so that a semi-finished product is obtained; S3, pouring the semi-finished product extruded by the double-screw pelletizer into an injection m
