The device comprises a sensing assembly, a processing assembly and a flexible substrate, wherein the flexible substrate is made from a flexible material and is used for carrying the sensing assembly and the processing assembly, the sensing assembly is connected with the processing assembly, the sensing assemblyis used for detecting a biomagnetic signal of a to-be-detected object, the processing assembly for processing the biomagnetic signal to obtain biomagnetic data.
