A business-interaction system (10) for an automated vehicle includes a memory (18), a communications-device (26), and a controller (30). The memory (18) is configured to store interaction-information (20) of a business (24) approached by a host-vehicle (12). The communications-device (26) is configured to convey a transaction(22) between the business (24) and a director (28) of the host-vehicle (12). The controller (30) is configured to operate the host-vehicle (12) in accordance with the interaction-information (20).
