The device comprises a water way system, a circuit system and a human-computer interaction interfaceoperation control system; the water way system comprises a positive pressure pump, an electromagnetic valve, a pressure sensor, a negative pressure pump and a water tank, and all parts are connectedthrough hoses in sequence to form a loop; the circuit system comprises a microprocessor connected with the positive pressure pump, the electromagnetic valve, the pressure sensor and the negative pressure pump separately; the human-computer interaction interface operation control system comprises an industrial serial touch screen connected with the microprocessor.
