Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cylindrical mirror machining method based on a numerically-controlled machining center. Adopted equipment is the numerically-controlled machining center which can achieve free programming and three-axis linkage. According to the method, calculation can be conducted by applying an aspheric surface standard equation according to given aspheric surface cylindrical mirror related parameters, a machining track is obtained, a milling program and a polishing program are output separately according to difference of the milling process and the polishing process, and improvement of the aspheric surface machining quality is achieved through surface shape feedback compensation, residence time adjustment and introduction of a random function in the cylindrical mirror Z-axis straight generatrix direction.
本发明公开了种基于数控加工中心的柱面镜加工方法,所用设备为可自由编程,能实现三轴联动的数控加工中心,所述方法可以通过给定的非球面柱面镜相关参数,运用非球面标准方程进行计算并得到加工轨迹,根据铣磨及抛光过程的不同,分别输出铣磨及抛光程序,通过面型反馈补偿、驻留时间调节,柱面镜Z轴直母线方向随机函数的引入来实现对非球面加工质量的提高。 |
