The rod end of a bolt blank to be machined is inserted into a positioning hole of a die core, axial force is applied to the small-diameter shaft end of the cone end of the bolt blank to enable the taper diameter external circle of the bolt blank to be forcedly squeezed into a hexagon hole in a hexagon flange face die, and therefore the purpose that a hexagon flange face is extruded on the cone end external circle of the bolt blank is achieved.The problem that the machining efficiency of milling the hexagon flange face after turning is low is solved, the production efficiency is improved, and the requirements for batch production are met.
