The invention provides a three-dimensional mesoporous aluminosilicate catalyst carrier and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the three-dimensional mesoporous aluminosilicate catalyst carrier comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an aqueous acetonitrile solution, wherein the volume ratio of water to acetonitrile is from 0.1:20 to 5:20; (2) uniformly mixing organic aluminum alkoxide with the aqueous acetonitrile solution and reacting to obtain a liquid I; (3) uniformly mixing a silicon source and the liquid I obtained in the step (2), and reacting to obtain a white precipitate I; (4) carrying out suction filtration on the white precipitate obtained in the step (3), washing and drying to obtain a white powder II; and (5) roasting the white powder II obtained in the step (4) to obtain the three-dimensional mesoporous aluminosilicate catalyst carrier.
