Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a friction-based speed synchronisation device (5) for a vehicle, comprising: a counter pressure plate (12); a pressure plate (7) which is secured to the counter pressure plate(12) such as to rotate therewith and which can move along an axis relative to the counter pressure plate; a disc (8) which can rotate about an axis (X) and which is framed by the counter pressure (12) and pressure (7) plates; and a plurality of friction elements (10) arranged in succession about the axis (X), which can be trapped between the counter pressure (12) and pressure (7) plates in orderto synchronise the speeds of the plates and the disc. The device is characterised in that each friction element (10) is removably mounted on one of the following: the counter pressure plate (12), thepressure plate (7) or the disc (8).
