This invention discloses a combination, its use and make method. Said combination can break hydrogen peroxide in containing water medium, used for disinfecting contactless lens for example. Said combination contains at least one composition breaking hydrogen peroxide, for example the products of catalase. Which can set block layer on at least one products whose action is to prevent the broken composition of hydrogen peroxide releasing in a period of time when the combination begins contacting with water medium containing hydrogen peroxide.
