The device includes an oil returning tank, a pressure releaser and an oil pipeline; the oil returning tank is arranged on a traction transformer and used for recycling sprayed transformer oil; the pressure releaser is located above the oil returning tank, arranged on the upper side of the traction transformerand used for releasing the pressure of a traction transformer oil tank; the first end of the oil pipeline is connected to the oil returning tank, and the second end of the oil pipeline is connected tothe oil outlet of the pressure releaser; and the oil pipeline is used for guiding the oil sprayed by the pressure releaser into the oil returning tank.
