The method comprises: a front-end server obtains vehicle selection intention text information of auser, and the vehicle selection intention text information is generated according to vehicle selection intention voice information input by the user at a client; the front-end server obtains a user intention from the vehicle selection intention text information; the front-end server obtains vehicle information matched with the intention of the user from a rear-end server according to the intention of the user; and the front-end server pushes the vehicle information to the client.
