Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an IF circuit integral voltage peak-to-peak value solving method and device. The IF circuit is a charge balance type IF circuit, the IF circuit comprises an integrator used forconverting an input current into an integral voltage, an AD conversion circuit used for converting the integral voltage into a digital value, and a pulse calculation module used for calculating a pulse value by utilizing the digital value; the IF circuit integral voltage peak-to-peak value solving method comprises the following steps that (A) direct-current excitation current is added to the inputend of the integrator; (B) the pulse value of a pulse calculation module is collected; and (C) the correction value of the integral voltage peak-to-peak value is calculated. According to the method and the device, the rapid and accurate measurement of the accurate integral voltage peak-to-peak value of the IF circuit can be realized by one-step measurement and calculation, and debugging times anddebugging time are reduced |
