The method comprises: mixing acetonitrile and to-be-detected sample and carrying out extraction, adding NaCl, carrying out mixing uniformly and carrying out centrifuging, carrying out purifying, and then taking supernatant to prepare sample detecting liquid; and absorbing the sample detecting liquid and injecting the liquid into a liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrograph to carry out detection. Therefore,the carbendazim and the metabolites like 2-aminobenzimidazole, 2-hydroxybenzimidazole and benzimidazole in the sample can be detected simultaneously.
