Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of D-amygdalin in peach kernel formula granules. The method comprises the steps of chromatographic condition and system adaptability testing, preparation of a reference solution, preparation of a test solution, determination, and the like. The chromatographic conditions and the preparation method of a test product are optimized; two chiral compounds of the amygdalin can be separated fundamentally by adopting a UPLC method; and after the D-amygdalin and L-amygdalin are separated, the content of the D-amygdalin is determined, so that the accuracy of content determination is greatly enhanced.
