Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a wooden capillary electrospray ionization device and an analysis method. The device is composed of four parts, namely a wooden capillary, a three-way connecting piece, a gastube and a sample tube. According to the wooden capillary electrospray ionization device and the analysis method of the invention, the wooden capillary is made of a non-metallic material and is non-conductive, and therefore, ionization inhibition caused by discharge is greatly reduced in an electrospray process, sample complexity caused by an electrochemical reaction is reduced, and detection results are closer to the true condition of a sample. 种木质毛细管电喷雾电离装置及分析方法,该装置由木质毛细管、三通连接件、气体管、样品管等四部分组成。本发明采用的木质毛细管是非金属材料,不导电,在电喷雾过程中大大减少了放电导致的电离抑制,减少了电化学反应导致的样品复杂化,使检测结果更接近样品的真实情况。
