Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of a functionalized Fe3O4/Au nano composite material and application of the functionalized Fe3O4/Au nano composite material to detection of fungaltoxin. Themethod comprises the following steps that gold nanoparticles are loaded on the surfaces of magnetic beads, a DNA capturing probe arranged for marking sulfydryl at the 5' end is modified to the Fe3O4/Au surface through Au-S covalent bonds, and an ochratoxin A (OTA) aptamer chain is added to form a stable double-chain structure together with the capturing probe. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the synthesis method of the Fe3O4/Au is simple in operation, and the Fe3O4/Au is easy to obtain; and the Fe3O4/Au composite material combines the magnetic beads to rapidly enrich ina magnetic field environment, and the advantages of the high conductivity and the good biocompatibility of the gold nanoparticles are achieved.
