The invention provides a high-speed vision measurement method. Trigger shooting of a camera is carried out according to the actual position of a motion platform during high-speed motion. Real-time position capture and latching are carried out according to the exposure time of the camera to ensure vision measurement accuracy and improve measurement effectiveness. After an electronic control systemoutputs a trigger signal and a timer reaches half of the exposure time, the actual platform raster feedback value is latched and recorded as actual measurement position feedback, and is combined withthe final exposure image to realize fusion through a calibration file to acquire a measurement structure finally. 本发明提供了种高速视觉测量的方法，其通过在高速运动过程中根据运动平台实际位置，对相机进行触发拍摄，根据相机曝光时间进行实时位置捕获锁存，保证视觉测量精度的同时提高测量效率。电控系统在输出触发信号后，计时器达到曝光时间的半时，锁存记录实际平台光栅反馈值，作为实际测量位置反馈，并结合最终曝光的图像通过标定文件进行融合，最终得到测量结构。
