The fused magnesite molten lumps are fed into an annular waste heat recovery chamber to be cooled, a bearing device is arranged in the annular waste heat recovery chamber to bear the fused magnesite molten lumps and drive the fused magnesite molten lumps to move in the circumferential direction of the annular waste heat recovery chamber, and the waste heat of the fused magnesite molten lumps is collected by the annular waste heat recovery chamber.
