An auxiliary controller adopts a neural network control method;the observed quantity of a traditional controller and the controlled quantity outputted by the traditional controller are taken as inputted quantity of the auxiliary controller; and the controlled quantity outputted and regulated by the auxiliary controller is used for regulating the output cold amount or output heat amount of the air conditioning system so that the accumulated refrigeration capacity or heating capacity in one control period is not changed.
