The invention provides a mine multi-plane ore discharge inclined well construction method. The method includes the steps that a middle section well which extends in the vertical direction is firstly constructed, then a plurality of ore discharge roadways extending in the horizontal direction are constructed with a plurality of different height positions of the middle section well as starting points, and the ore discharge roadways are connected and communicated with the middle section well separately; an inclined well extending obliquely is excavated in each ore discharge roadway in the direction of the middle section well, and the inclined wells are poured after excavation; retaining walls are constructed on intersections of the ore discharge roadways and the middle section well so as to separate the ore discharge roadways from the middle section well; finally, grids are arranged at joints of the inclined wells and the ore discharge roadways. During ore discharge, ore is put into an inclined chute from the gr
