The device mainly comprises a H2S concentrating tower, a CO2 gas stripping column, an acidicgas water wash tower, a CO2 regeneration tower, a methanol and water separation tower, a hot regeneration tower, a sulfur-enriched methanol flash tank, an acidic gas water cooler and a tail gas separation device; the acidic gas water wash tower is connected with the hot regeneration tower and connected with the H2S concentrating tower, a connecting line is additionally arranged on the acidic gaswater wash tower and the H2S concentrating tower, and a bypass regulation system is arranged on the line. Accordingly, by means of the new acidic gas water wash tower and an original line obtained after technological innovation, the flow of carbon dioxide-riched methanol entering the H2S concentrating tower and the acidic gas water wash tower is balanced by means of bypass regulation, and finallyby means of a bypass regula
