Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses wide-temperature-range wide-frequency high-magnetic-permeability manganese zinc ferrite and a preparation method thereof. The ferrite comprises a main component and an auxiliary component; the main component is prepared from, by mass, 58-65% of ferric oxide, 18-25% of manganese oxide, 10-20% of zinc oxide, 0.1-14% of copper oxide and 0.1-3% of cobalt oxide; the auxiliary component is prepared from 250-500 ppm of CaO, 500-8,000 ppm of Bi2O3, 400-800 ppm of MoO3 and 250-700 ppm of TiO2. The preparation method of the ferrite comprises the steps of batching, vibration grinding, pelletizing, pre-sintering, black vibration, sanding, impurity adding, spraying granulation, mixing, molding and sintering. In this mode, the material is wide in working temperature range, high in working frequency characteristic and high in magnetic permeability, and can meet the use requirements of high-performance transformer cores.
