Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an anionic-based metal capture agent. The method includes the steps that S1, an anionic solution with the concentration of 1 g/L is prepared; S2, an anionic polyacrylamide solution is obtained from S1, a 3 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and a carbon disulfide solution are added into the anionic polyacrylamide solution at the same time to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the volume ratio of the anionic polyacrylamide solution to the sodium hydroxide solution to the carbon disulfide solution is 1:(0.7-1.2):(0.1-0.3); S3, deionizedwater is added into the mixed solution obtained in S2 for volume determination, wherein the volume ratio of the mixed solution to the deionized water is 1:(0.6-1.23); then the mixture is stirred for12-48 h at room temperature, and the anionic-based metal capture agent is obtained. The anionic-based metal capture agent can be independently applied to removal of heavy metal ions in heavy metal ionwastewater, can also be co
