Zusammenfassung:The preplasticizing blank is located in the holder installed on the conveyer belt, to make the preplasticizing blank move on the belt and rotate around self's vertical axis simultaneously, through multiple working position it is heated to the blow moulding temp., these working positions include several heating stations and cooling stations installed on two sides of the transport path separately, in the course of blank moving on the belt and rotating, it is heated from one side of the belt and cooled from another side, thus making the preplasticizing blank be urriformly heated both internally and externally. At last the tempering treatment is conducted, thus the protective surface is formed before the preplasticizing blank is sent to the blow moulding device. The heating course needs only several min.
